SBPG Coaching
Your online fitness coaching program is designed to be a 10-week commitment where you meet with a coach once every week at an agreed upon day and time via phone or videoconference. Your coach will help you set goals, pursue them, measure your key metrics, and hold you accountable on your fitness journey! Your coach will also teach you how you can leverage AI so you can continue your transformation once this program ends.
